GRIT Mental Wellness Series

The GRIT Mental Wellness Series advocates for student mental health and provides opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations with peers. We promote discussions about the challenges of maintaining mental wellbeing in graduate school, accessibility issues related to mental health, and the development of strategies and resources to help support one’s peace of mind while pursuing a PhD.

Spill the Tea Conversations:

This monthly event series is a chance to get together with friends new and old over tea and treats to socialize, talk about mental health challenges, and enjoy stress-relieving activities. Check the GRIT calendar for the next event!
